CW Management Corporation was founded by Chris McCandless and Wayne Niederhauser, both of whom have been actively involved in real estate planning, development and sales of high-quality projects located along the Wasatch Front and the Wasatch back. Their combined experience in the real estate development and sales area is nearing 60 years!

One of the unique elements of CW is that for most of their 60 years of experience, Chris and Wayne have worked together. Both Chris and Wayne were born in Utah and their roots run deep and are actively involved in their community from religion to politics, they like to be a part of the community – first.

A key element in CW’s approach to serving the community is a focus on providing high-quality rental options.
