CW Management has been the primary land planning developer for several commercial projects. Their expertise focusses on visionary master planning, obtaining entitlements and identifying unique funding opportunities to help make these projects become a reality. One of the areas that they have been most successful in over the past decade has been tax increment funding through formation of redevelopment areas. In the past, CW was the primary land developer for the South Towne Ridge project and, assisted in coordinating the successful bid for the Sandy City South Town Expo Center. Today, they are working on the soon to be constructed Canyon Centre, a transit oriented mountain mixed use project resort center based development.
